A consummate professional, Katie is a highly talented and dynamic member of the TerraVerde team with over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry and latterly the landscape design and architecture business.

She joined TerraVerde when it was formed in 2005 as a sales executive and has grown with the company. Within a short period of time she was promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager and subsequently, Business Development Manager prior to securing to her current position of Business Development Director.

As well as liaising directly with clients, Katie’s primary responsibility is to ensure the firm sets and maintains the highest standards of client relationship management in the landscaping sector. This includes the development and management of internal programs aimed at increasing the firm’s responsiveness to client needs and the maintenance of an exceptional high quality interface with clients at all levels throughout the company. In addition, she is responsible for establishing and overseeing the firm’s long-term sales and marketing strategy and for the consistent and coordinated development of the TerraVerde brand. Her role also includes the identification of prospective leads and opportunities as well as establishing and building new relationships within the private residential and commercial markets.

Prior to joining TerraVerde, Katie held senior client-facing positions responsible for the management of client relations at Virgin Atlantic Airways, Hilton Hotels and Resorts and Forte Hotels.
